Bulldog Legal Support began serving Southeastern Idaho in 2001 with the goal of offering local Attorney's, collection agencies and businesses like them, quality Service of Process that they could not get with some of the Sheriff's offices and other Process Servers. We recognized the need after seeing that some other servers would drop the papers and run or leave copies for husband and wife without finding out if they still are together and reside together and then claim they were served which does not afford someone the right to their day in court if they disagree with the claim against them. Others would have no luck with the Sheriff's Office due to the already busy case load and not enough Deputies to handle it, their Civil Departments became a lower priority. We strive to offer the very best service, done right the first time so that you don't have to wonder if it will come back later to haunt you. All people being served are entitled to their day in court to oppose any action taken against them and if the service is not done right then this can't happen.
